Shipping & Delivery Policy

Hippn fulfills café and grocery orders for The Hipsters Cafe (Ghaziabad) and related neighbourhood delivery. We do not ship products by courier to other cities.

In-café (dine-in)

Orders placed via table QR / café web are prepared in the kitchen and served at your table. There is no shipping fee for dine-in. Estimated prep time is shown when available.

Delivery

• Service area: Delivery is available within our configured neighbourhood radius around the café. Addresses outside the serviceable area cannot be checked out for delivery.
• Timing: We aim for fast local delivery (often around 10–30 minutes depending on kitchen load and distance). ETAs shown in the app are estimates.
• Delivery fee: A flat or distance-based fee may apply and is shown before you pay.
• Handoff: Please keep your phone reachable and provide accurate address / landmark details.

Pickup

When pickup is offered, collect your order at the café after you receive a ready notification or status update in the app.

Delays & failed delivery

Weather, traffic, peak hours, or incomplete addresses can delay delivery. If we cannot complete delivery, we will contact you and may cancel or refund per our Cancellation & Refunds policy.
