This policy describes how Artworm Studios (“we”) collects and uses information when you use Hippn apps, café web ordering, and related services (“Hippn”).

What we collect

• Account details — phone number, name, email (when you provide them)
• Delivery addresses and order history
• Device and app usage data needed to run the service
• Payment status (processed by our payment partners; we do not store full card numbers)

How we use it

To place and fulfill orders, support customers and café ops, improve the product, send order updates, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share data with service providers who help run Hippn (hosting, auth, payments, messaging) under agreements that limit their use of your data. Delivery partners only receive what they need to complete a drop.
